Hello! How do I contact a mod?

I have a Breath of Fire II Walkthrough I wanted to promote, so I made an account here. But, I also want to make sure self-promotion like that falls within the rules, so I took a brief look around the UI. The only option I saw was for “urgent matters” only, and, I didn’t think it would be polite to use it just for this.

You won’t be able to contact a mod as they don’t care about the forums at all.
